Sponsorship Agreement

3. Payment Terms

Sponsor agrees to pay the selected sponsorship amount in full with the signed sponsorship agreement. Payment via E-Transfer to queerhivemagazine@gmail.com. Sponsorship benefits begin once payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Sponsor Materials

Sponsor agrees to provide: high-resolution logo (PNG / JPG / Vector preferred), brand description / company bio, website URL, social media handles, and marketing materials or merchandise (if applicable). Materials must be submitted by deadlines provided by the Organizer.

5. Brand Usage & Promotion

The Sponsor grants permission to Lumina 2026 / Queer Hive Magazine to use the sponsor logo, brand name, promotional images, and marketing materials for the event website, social media, print marketing, press releases, event program, and promotional advertising.

6. VIP Gift Bag Contributions

Sponsors providing gift bag items agree that items must arrive before event deadlines, products must be safe, legal, and professionally packaged, and quantities must meet agreed contribution amounts (20). Sponsored items such as branded merchandise, promotional products, gift cards, samples, or exclusive offers would add tremendous value to the VIP experience.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Sponsor payments are generally non-refundable once processed. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer will communicate available options, which may include: sponsorship transfer to a future event, alternative promotional benefits, or partial refund (at Organizer discretion).

8. Liability

Queer Hive Magazine, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners are not liable for indirect financial losses, loss or damage to sponsor property, or event interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Inclusivity & Code of Conduct

Lumina 2026 proudly supports LGBTQIA2S+ communities and allies. Sponsors agree to uphold values of inclusion, respect, diversity, non-discrimination, and community support. Discriminatory or harmful conduct may result in sponsorship termination without refund.
